The deeper I dive into psychoanalysis/psychodynamic the more every other modality seems like a niche diluted version of their predecessors. I find myself writing in the margins near concepts, "cf ACT", "cf IFS", "cf Existential", "cf EMDR" etc.

I've spoken to many who use ChatGPT therapist- including therapists. All are amazed at AI: 1)"human" quality 2)empathy 3)flexibility 4)education skills 5)accessibility 6)convenience 7)cost I think healthier patients will prefer AI/Human edge only for more difficult patients.
