[Based on Genesis 4:19-24] The Bible’s first bigamist was Lamech. He had an excessive attachment to the number 2. 2 wives: Adah & Zillah, who had to listen to poetic lines doubled through parallelism. Adah & Zillah each had 2 children.

Psalms 1 & 2 link in various ways: Ps 1 begins with 'blessed' / Ps 2 ends with 'blessed' The last verses of both psalms link 'way' + 'perish' 1:2 'meditates' = 2:1 'plot' (both are the verb hāgāh) Sitting scoffers in 1:1 contrast with God sitting in heaven laughing in 2:4.

Once you lose a right it is virtually impossible to recover it. If trial by jury goes the same way as the right to silence we will have the dishonourable distinction of being the generation that threw away perhaps our greatest constitutional inheritance.
