If someone changes church denomination b/c their convictions have changed, it’s okay actually. Better to move on than cause a ruckus and/or potential division where you no longer quite fit. A change in denom ≠ a person is no longer loyal to Team Jesus & his kingdom.
Biblical studies folks (esp HB/OT): What is a recent, accessible journal article or book ch. for u/grad students studying Isaiah? The assessment idea is that students read article/ch. & produce a 15–20min “podcast” conversation with 2–3 fellow students. I’m all ears… 😊
When I was 15 y/o, I was told it wouldn’t be a good look if I wore jeans to a job interview I had lined up at a local retail store. So I wore tracksuit pants instead. And yes, I got the job.
