Two years on carnivore diet at this point. On the left is day one in July 2023, middle is 6 months in after losing 60 lbs and on the right is present. Protein feeds cells, fat is energy, vegetables are garnish, grain is poison and sugars are drugs.
When people are sick as sh*t eating junk food and taking 10 💊💊, nobody says anything. But when they stop eating junk and start eating real food, suddenly everyone has an opinion about how dangerous their diet is, despite them feeling amazing, coming off 💊💊, and losing fat.
