I joined my colleagues and advocates on the steps of City Hall today to celebrate $2.5M in funding to support and expand AAPI history curriculum in public schools, a first for NYC’s budget! Asian American history is so often overlooked, this investment is a chance to change that!
INT 47-B (sponsored by @CMShekarK) removes all misdemeanor criminal penalties for general vendors and mobile food vendors. Vendors who operate without a license could be subject to a violation and a fine, or a civil penalty.
