Since 2022, @NYCCouncil has approved 120K+ housing units and secured $8B+ in investments to make housing more affordable. That progress is only possible because of our role in the land use process, which Mayor Adams’ Charter Commission is now trying to weaken.
35 years after the ADA, we celebrated a victory in Jackson Heights decades in the making: our Post Office now has a ramp, so it is accessible to everyone! We also have a new, beautiful community garden. Thank you @aoc, @Grace4NY, @Dromm25 , & our constituents. It took a village!
