🔍 INVESTIGATIVE TIP OF THE WEEK Time is the silent witness most people overlook. A simple email timestamp can be powerful documentation. Cross-reference it with meeting agendas or calendar events as part of the investigative process.

3 years of daily training—at the bare minimum, just cardio. Call it my ode to beating colon cancer. PSA: Get your check-up! @CCAlliance

🔍 TIP OF THE WEEK When in doubt, investigate to resolve, not to justify. A solid investigation seeks the truth, not a predetermined outcome. Ask open-ended questions, document everything, and remember: credibility is built by uncovering what actually is.
The jersey doesn’t belong to you. It belongs to the program — to the standard built before you got here. Your job is simple: Earn it. Honor it. Elevate it. Because when you leave, the jersey stays — and what you did in it is all that matters.
Ben Pennington resigned today as soccer coach at Bett. 3 state titles & 20 teams to the state tourney. He’s 1 of the best to ever do it & always did it for the right reasons- truly cared about kids & wanted to see them have success. Congrats on a great run Penn- you’ll be missed
One of the most meaningful concepts ever presented to me as an educator and leader: “Do you have 25 years of experience—or one year repeated 25 times?” Growth comes when we reflect, adapt, and evolve—not when we hit copy/paste or just tap the simple repeat button.

🔍 TIP OF THE WEEK A good rule of thumb: conduct all business as if your actions and communications could one day become exhibits in a court of law. If you consistently operate with that mindset, you’ll have nothing to worry about when the time comes.
