Lots of posters in #SfN23 on interesting findings followed by "wonderful collaborations". Without deep thinking of question. Just getting a fancy technique to the table won't help solve the problem. RNA-seq is not the solution to every problem (for example). Thinking is.

Great, meticulous work by @JalinkLab. Also, wtf: "Mass spectrometry identified Folic acid, an undisclosed constituent of FluoroBrite, as the culprit leading to artifacts in fdFLIM measurements". Another reminder to never trust a kit... they never tell you everything.
