Nobody knows anything. Do your thing. - @nikhilkamathcio

Choosing to stay back in India as a Telugu person is equivalent to dropping out of college in the US. Different breed. Haha.

Informed Simplicity. Nice.
One of the many things I learned from @gentry about design is the idea of *informed simplicity*
Enough to make a grown man cry. 🥹
Wife sent me this text today (I had requested her to tell me about this a couple of days back) and I think everyone can see it: The Founder’s Wife — by someone who lives the role, silently and fully When I married him, I knew I wasn’t signing up for a conventional life. He…
Please don't sit in your bubble and expect things to happen! Intentionally seeking interesting people and meeting them has given me great RoI so far. Who did you always thought of meeting but didn't? Send that message with the @calcom meet link!! Funny things can happen.
How to increase your surface area for luck. > It sounds stupidly simple, but it’s profound: the more times you interact with the outside world, the more chances you have to get lucky usefulfictions.substack.com/p/how-to-incre…
Last time I was in Bangalore I hosted a Startup Storytelling Challenge @southpkcommons. Met future members and Founder Fellows at the event. I'll host another if this hits 200 likes🙂
Same. I'm clocking less than 6hrs a day in sleep and it feels absolutely fine.
I've felt totally fine w/ 6 hours sleep lately. I've experienced this a few times in my life- when I was head down/momentum with new project. Can see this lasting a very long time. I sleep 12am-6am. It's awesome.
As things stand, we’re all going to die. Intentive supports you in being more intentional with how you spend the limited time we have on this beautiful home we call Earth. :')
We provide human accountability partners to follow up with you throughout the day and support you. Simple. Or, is it?
As you get older, you realize the “simpler” it is, the harder it is to actually do it. It’s counterintuitive since it looks so “easy”. But there is so much depth behind the simplicity that’s hidden from plain sight. Simple products. Simple writing. Simple people.
Entrepreneurship is no less demanding than an intensive sport. They've to take care of their body and mind like athletes. Don't look at the exceptions and take it easy. Control the controllables.
Too late now. 🥲 We got this though. 💪🏼
The romanticization of being a startup founder is kind of insane to me: – You’re statistically unlikely to succeed – You’ll have no life and be totally consumed - Incredible lows – You’re locking yourself in for 10+ years This is insanely hard and NOT for everyone.
It's a free market, my friend. No one owes you anything. You have to earn it.
If it upsets you that someone doesn’t respond, communicate, or give you attention, you may be incorrectly assessing your importance.
Basically.
In my 20s I asked myself whether this was the life I wanted, and I decided it was no life at all. So I built a career around working two or three days a week and focusing on things that I was passionate about. This made me a lot poorer, but much happier. Hands-down the best…
Inbox lately has been @dodopayments and @calcom e-mails. It's a responsibility. Will have to work even harder now.
