Today, we honour the memory of over 8,000 lives brutally taken in Srebrenica in 1995. 30 years on, this horrific genocide reminds us why we must challenge hatred in all its forms and work together to build a more tolerant world.
Thirty years ago, genocide took the lives of over 8,000 men and boys in Srebrenica. More than 20,000 women and children were forced from their homes. Today, we remember those brutally massacred and stand with the survivors of those horrific events.

Twenty years on from the 7/7 attacks, we remember all those whose lives were lost and those whose lives were changed forever. We honour the bravery of the first responders, and the strength of the survivors. Those who try to divide us will always fail.
On this day 77 years ago, Labour created the NHS. For the first time in UK history, healthcare was free of charge to all who needed it. We will always protect it, so that it can protect you.
