Our Autonomous Dissociation-type Selection (ADS) method is now published @JProteomeRes. This intelligent data acquisition approach uses RTLS to make fragmentation decisions as data is collected to improve glycoproteome sampling. Congrats to all involved! pubs.acs.org/doi/10.1021/ac…
We have a new preprint showcasing work led by @EmmajayS14 and @VethTim that uses a real-time library search to classify precursor ions as potential N- or O-glycopeptides for on-the-fly decisions abt fragmentation. We call this approach Autonomous Dissociation-type Selection (ADS)
Do you know outstanding undergrad researchers who could use up to $750 in travel $ to present their work at the Spring @AmerChemSociety Natl Meeting or @Pittcon? Please encourage them to apply for a Kolthoff award! Deadline is Jan. 13, 2025 acsanalytical.org/kolthoff-trave… @ACS_ANYL
Are you an undergraduate that will be looking for a future summer research/internship opportunity? If yes, then @ACS_ANYL Ed. Committee invites you to join a Discussion Hour on Undergraduate Summer Research on Friday, Oct 25 at 12pm EDT. Register here: shorturl.at/sT4AO

Do you use PNGase F to remove glycans from your peptides? Do you worry about spontaneous deamidation occurring? 🤔Then you should check out this recent preprint from @riley_research where we highlight that buffer choice influences artificial deamidation tinyurl.com/2sfphf29
Excited our final version of @tineisadora's work on targeted protein relocalization is out today @nature! Molecular control over protein localization could offer new opportunities for therapeutics and biological discovery. @Stanford_ChEMH @StanfordUChem nature.com/articles/s4158…
