Five days ago, the NYT pushed an essentially baseless angle that Dems have an immigration brand crisis because of the 2020 primary; in it Neera argued a baseless rule that Dems have to embrace hardline restrictionism in order to “establish credibility” to pursue majority opinion.

We've honestly crossed the meridian here. I'm no longer angry at how absurd the New York Times has become. I'm glad they're fully committing to the bit and forcing everyone with eyes to realize the truth about the New York Times.

Look, they know they're lying. They also know they'll get roasted for it here. They don't care. The point of this article is to associate Mamdani with a loss, just like all the "intifada" articles, so you can refer to it in the abstract and just hammer the lie. Propaganda 101.
