Pretty much all of my friends who have had three or more COVID infections now have some long lasting impairment. Memory, word recall, diabetes, POTS… joint and ligament issues, persistent cough … they all sound and look 10-15 years older than they should.

I’m able to relax. I’m three days walking at the most from Dunnet Head. Saturday 2nd August is my finish date, so I can kick back, relax and reflect on the last three incredible months. Time for coffee.
