As a kid my parents created a mud pit on the barsati for me as they didn't want me to miss out on the joy of playing in the mud. Nowadays city dwellers hate / fear mud. Soil is life. Just as important as air and water. Most of life springs forth from it and is sustained by it.

A leopard with four cubs… This one is from one of the most vibrant ecosystem of Utrakhand. Litters of 4 are relatively uncommon.Two or three being typical.The last incident that comes to mind is of August 2020, when 4 cubs were reunited with mother at Igatpuri, Maharashtra.
