There’s a reason everyone hates this advice: a person with ADHD could spend their entire life stuck in this torture loop 😂 It doesn't have to be this hard. Next time someone asks how to train focus without drugs - you can suggest @neurode_labs instead of this torture ritual
I get asked about tools (drugs) for focus all the time. Remember: You can train focus. It’s like a workout. You set a timer for 2-3hrs. You force yourself to work the entire time. Every time you skip to something else you add 10min. 1 bathroom break allowed. Next time is easier.
