I believe in being both a complete athlete and a complete nerd. Stay loaded! Also, @thestrongdoc asked me to share my training videos and not be shy about it.
I work at the intersection of health and fitness coaching, athletic performance, sports science, AI, and computer science. Ask me anything relevant to my work; I answer every question I see here.
I have never formally trained in parkour, but I can pull off many moves thanks to the diversity of movements I've learned and my natural jumping abilities.
Did you do parkour as well.... Would really love to see more of you in action
.@FreeGymAI is now not only the most advanced health and fitness platform, but also the best platform to learn Science, Engineering, Technology, and Mathematics (STEM).
Morning training is way too dynamic to listen to anything. I look forward to lifting weights, so I can listen to podcasts.

The moment I interacted with @FreeGymAI for the first time, you @OneAbhishekJain came to mind.
Tried @FreeGymAI yesterday. The amount of details it has is amazing. It keeps on asking questions untill it is really sure what I want. Will be using it extensively for more in-depth comparison with other models
Keep using it and keep growing. We're building this for the community, so please continue testing it against the most expensive leading models.

Vaise if you use a laptop, you can study the anatomy of each part effectively with Anatomy 3D. The text for each part is displayed on the right.
Please stop. Before you click ‘register’ for that ultramarathon or Hyrox event just because it's trending. Many of you simply jump into these events without proper prep and that's not the way to go! A thread on how to assess if you're TRULY ready🧵
If you ever need to study anything, just let us know. We’ll provide it. And we’ll make it better than any book in the world.
Have been using @FreeGymAI to learn how different muscle groups function, and how to train them. Will write a thread on whatever I learn 💪
Dr. Mohanji (@themetabolicdr) shared a very long personal message after testing Eureka's Medic Mode. I can’t share the full thing, but here are a few excerpts (screenshots). The best Doctor AI in the world isn't ChatGPT. Elon Musk can yap all he wants - it's not Super Grok…
gym bros who don’t do any movement apart from lifting weights AND constantly talk shit about other forms of movement - they do this cuz they’re not athletic at all and are scared to look dumb as they learn something new. They’re losers. And cry babies.
I have a background in martial arts, lifting, calisthenics, acrobatics, jump rope, and track & field, which is why I can talk about movements in such great detail and my formal education is in sports science.
Wtf I never knew you did all this acrobatic stuff 🤯🤯🤯 Crazy 🔥
This might come as a surprise to those who have seen me do Spider-Man stuff out in the real world, but I'm actually scared of heights.
Share a gym/fitness/sports lore about yourself
What a lovely feedback from @themetabolicdr ! Thankyou for the kind words Dr🙏
Reflecting on My First Month with the Community Coaching Program @FreeGymAI. It’s been almost a month since I joined the community coaching program, and I’d like to share how it started and how I feel after working closely with both @mutant1643 and @thestrongdoc .The first and…
Think of where you are right now as your starting point. Your destination is the change you want to create in the world. This change has to match what you truly believe in - your core values shape how you see everything around you. As you work toward that goal, you'll feel…
