In another paper with @mikhailshapiro, we use gas vesicles to estimate very high-frequency ultrasound pressure (>80MHz), which we could not do before. We find the voltage input to the transducer at which they collapse GVs, creating "black holes." More👇 doi.org/10.1121/10.003…

qPCR can measure expression of virtually any gene... in homogenized tissues. Here, we show an "in-vivo qPCR" equivalent, where we measure a sequence-specific transcript with synthetic serum markers and enzyme-based signal amplification. biorxiv.org/content/10.110…
