Your Slow Athlete doesn’t need Mobility and Ladder drills… They need Heavy Squats, Deadlifts, Loaded/Unloaded Jumps, and Timed Sprinting. You won’t see it advertised because it doesn’t sell well. Most people want to be fast without doing the hard work required.🤫🙌🏻
I have yet to see an athlete “train on their own” at the local gym and actually see any measurable improvement over any period of time. Especially during the summer, the athletes who miss sessions never improve and often regress. Programming and environment matters!
Countdown to FNL '25: Top 10 @NwGaFootball scoring defenses in 2024: Couple of GHSA state champs on this list in Calhoun & Bowdon. Cedartown, Fannin Co, Cartersville, Carrollton, Rome & Bowdon top 10 in both scoring Off. & Def. Ringgold, NCC, & East Paulding round out top 10.
Only 10 GHSA teams finished Top 30 in both points scored & allowed in 2024. 6 won state championships: Grayson, Milton, North Oconee, Carver, Toombs Co & Hebron. Marist (final), Calvary Day (QF), & the only 2 NWGA schools on the list: Cedartown & Fannin Co all dominant in '24
There should be a simple way to educate kids and let them know their strengths and weaknesses compared to NFL Players so they could target their weaknesses if they are doing extra work? Just imagine! Coming soon.

𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐲 𝐊𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬: 𝐏𝐨𝐥𝐤 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐲 Cedartown has been in control of their 100+ year old series with Polk County rival Rockmart from the very beginning, winning the first meeting in 1923, 26-0. Since then, the Bulldogs have never trailed in this series.

Male Athletes and Female Athletes DO NOT need different Strength and Conditioning. Training that makes a male athlete faster, stronger and more powerful… will also do the same for female athletes. Principles of Training don’t change.
