We made it to beautiful Delphi in Greece for the #GreeKLF meeting! Today @MerlinCrossley gave a brief history of the field & @manan_s9 gave an excellent invited oral presentation! Looking forward to hearing about more KLF research & connecting with the community. @UNSWBABS

With CRISPR-Cas9, a repressor of fetal hemoglobin expression was disrupted in hematopoietic stem cells from three persons with sickle cell disease. Edited cells were reinfused. Hematopoiesis was restored. Read the full study results: nej.md/3L64brp
