Almost $150M. That’s how much Albertans are on the hook for because this UCP government keeps flip-flopping on their coal policy. And that’s just to settle one lawsuit! Think about what else we could have used that money for: health care, education, supporting Albertans in an…
Jasper is rebuilding with strength and care one year after the wildfires. Let’s show our support by visiting this summer, shopping local, and standing with the community. Jasper is ready to welcome you and we encourage everyone to be there for them.

How much is your #autoinsurance bill? The Alberta UCP will oversee premium increases of 15% over 2 years with their ‘care-first’ model. Even insurance companies are saying the new model will result in far higher premiums for Albertans. #abpoli #ableg ibc.ca/news-insights/…
Long before becoming a politician I supported Friends of Medicare. We need advocacy groups and FoM is one of my favourites. I support their goals and I am a donor. Check them out. 👇🏻
Alberta stands to receive $792,870,782(!) in federal funding by joining the national Pharmacare plan. ... Not to mention billions in cost savings for households, employers & our health care system! Albertans deserve national Pharmacare. Help us get it: friendsofmedicare.org/abpharmacare
As Albertans, let's continue supporting the community through its recovery. Our caucus is hosting the next meeting in Jasper to do our part. We encourage you to help out the local economy however you can.
The intimidation and targeting of Ms. Tait is unacceptable. We hear a lot from Danielle Smith and the UCP on freedom. I hope they defend freedom of the press (a protected charter right) and condemn this attack on an Alberta journalist.
This is targeted harassment designed to intimidate a reporter with the intention to deprive the public of access to the truth. It is an attack on not just the free press, but democracy. #AbLeg
Targeting a journalist for doing her job is disgraceful. This is an attack on press freedom, plain and simple. The Premier must immediately condemn this behaviour. No one should face harassment or intimidation for seeking the truth.

The Jasper Wildfire review is an opportunity for the UCP to reflect, be accountable and inform future actions. Instead, they blame everyone else and demand apologies from Jasper as it struggles to recover. That's not governance or accountability- it's abuse.
The Jasper Wildfire review is damningly clear about one thing: the UCP government exploited a life-and-death moment to play political games. And in their response to this report, rather than accepting responsibility and promising to do better, they do what they always do: lash…

The best way to understand what Albertans need is to talk to them. At their doors. In town halls. In community. This summer, we’re doing just that: Listening, learning, and standing up for what matters. Visit BetterTogetherSummer.ca to learn more!
The Family Foods BBQ was a blast and the real highlight was running into my old grade school librarian. It was such a lovely surprise to catch up and reminisce about those early days. Community moments like this are what make summer events so special.

Had a fantastic time at the Hindu Society Pancake Breakfast this weekend. The energy, food, and thoughtful conversations made for a memorable morning. Always great to be out connecting with community and celebrating what brings us together!

The Ismaili Pancake Breakfast is always a highlight—amazing community, great food, and the famous Bharazi that’s worth the wait every year. Huge thanks to all the volunteers who make it happen!
