I wrote an op-ed for @nytimes about 2 exciting NYC Council bills. They address the dire public restroom shortage in the city. Chances are if you spent hours outside, you wouldn’t be able to locate a public restroom—there are only 8 per 100k ppl nationwide. Let’s change that!

Critics of rent stabilization claim it’s housing for scammers. According to them, most rent stabilized tenants are secretly wealthy + have mansions in other states. But data shows the median *HOUSEHOLD* income for all rent stabilized tenants is $60,000.
