"Then we made them illegal to build..." Bruh, these were built 5 years ago 4 blocks from me where a bank once stood. You have no idea what youre talking about, stop being a drama queen and stfu. And yes, these sold for around $1 mill while my "starter" house was valued at $850k.
The starter home of a 19th century worker. Then we made them illegal to build and now that house is $1M+ and that worker instead has to live 45 min outside of the city, completely detached from the community he works in.
