TLDR: Pastors and church workers who want to promote praise music in the church. The basic truth is you don't have the money or the talent in your parish to do it. So don't try. You have something far better.
The biggest issue with CCM in Church is not the music or the lyrics, but the immense gravitational pull of a contemporary capitalist culture of private musical consumption, with all its habits and demands, upon the song of the Church.
