Disabled & ND. Writer, teacher, disability justice & advocacy. Animist. It’s the end of an era, build well-relations up from ashes. Wear a mask.
How is it not pristinely clear that spreading disease is a tool of the colonizer?
The fact it’s become a quarterly excuse to yell at Disabled ppl for the past few yrs is so telling. They deliberately find Disabled ppl to set their hoards on, none of them ever care abt the workers they pretend to be doing it for. It’s just an excuse. Bullying, but make it woke.
Reminder that the perennial DoorDash discourse is rooted in pure ableist bigotry and the ppl who pile on love punching down, will use any excuse to target a marginalized group. They feel entitled to hold on to bigotry and seem to NEED a group to 👊down on. Lot are RW bots too.
How many of them use Door Dash? Or Amazon for that matter? There are tons of exploitative companies. Do they avoid Walmart? Starbucks? As they say, there's no ethical consumption under capitalism. Yet they attack the disabled for occasionally using one type of service.

Ableists won’t listen to reason bc their bigotry makes them feel superior & helps them distance themselves from their TERROR of their own vulnerabilities & mortality. They are deeply invested in ableist bigotry, fragile egotists clinging to a pathetic bullying campaign. BLOCK.
Elite education isn’t just about knowledge. It’s a sorting system. It filters who gets the networks, the internships, the confidence to walk into power. It teaches the poor to obey, and the rich to rule.
Classism doesn’t just live in policy. It lives in posture. In how you’re spoken to. In what you feel you deserve. It teaches the working class to feel lucky to survive and the ruling class to feel chosen to lead.
Every now and then, someone breaks through. A viral story. A rags-to-riches arc. It’s broadcast as proof the system works, even when 99% are still locked out. This is systemic camouflage.
To break the cycle, you don’t need to climb. You need to flatten the structure. Remove the cliff. Build a world where housing, learning, health, and dignity aren’t gatekept by your parent's tax bracket.
There's no justification for bombing and deliberately starving children. We’re not just watching extermination in Gaza, we’re witnessing the death of humanity.
"Epigenetic Stress" is also a gift the poor can inherit? Born to poor folk & the odds are your DNA has been 'reprogrammed' by their experiences... The ruling classes depend upon that 'innate' programming to have us by the cojones from before birth.... Bugger!!!...
Class isn't just an outcome. It's a machine that replicates itself. Born poor? You inherit scarcity, stress, and shame. Born rich? You inherit time, access, and safety. Capitalism doesn't just produce inequality, it preserves it.
To keep this firewall intact, ego is weaponized. Comfort is dangled as virtue. Status becomes proof of moral worth. The result... a class that defends the very system that exploits them, so long as it lets them look down on someone else.
Many middle-class minds don’t fear the system collapsing. They fear losing their place in it. Their identity is tethered to performance, consumption, and social signaling. To critique the structure feels like self-erasure, so they mock those who do.
This firewall is reinforced through culture. Sitcoms mock the poor. News scorns “welfare cheats.” Films glamorize grind culture. Meanwhile, reality withers under debt, burnout, and precarity. But the script keeps playing, and so they keep performing.
Middle-class aggression toward the poor isn’t confusion. It’s conditioning. A learned reflex to protect one’s fragile sense of superiority. It’s easier to say “they’re lazy” than to admit the whole system is a rigged funnel of labor to capital.
The system flatters the middle class to preserve itself. But liberation begins where that flattery ends. When we drop the illusion of earned worth and see how proximity to power is not power, it’s bait. The way out is solidarity, not superiority.
The line between “self” and “other” dissolved a billion years ago, when a cell swallowed a bacterium and they built a life together. Every breath you take is powered by that ancient collaboration. Even at the cellular level, individuality is a myth. We are symbiosis walking.
Every human cell is a merger of ancient lives. A eukaryote fused with a bacterium, and complexity was born. “I” is not singular. It’s collective. Not just socially, but biologically. Life scaled through cooperation, not competition.

I think a new left party that ran on 'consequences for people in power, for the first time ever' would be treated like mass murderers in the media but would have an incredible amount of popular support.
Keir Starmer and David Lammy both belong in The Hague.
