Claiming to be colorblind is disingenuous at best. If a 4 year old can ask “Mommy why is her skin white?” or “Daddy why is his skin brown?” then an adult saying they don’t see color automatically sounds like a liar. Say what you mean for a real discussion.

"Not all White people" misses the point. Thousands of White people took part in racial terror lynchings, took their kids, bought, sold, and gifted postcards of murdered Black people. It's the culture of white supremacy that's the problem. It never took all of them

This old white lady slipped and fell beside me as I was leaving the gym with my son a little while ago. Immediately helped her up, collected her things, and didn’t receive a thank you. Turned to my son and told him, “we help people because it’s the right thing to do.” He smiled.
