Bennett was not just a great leader of BC, and not just a great provincial leader in general, but one of the great builders of Canada.
The last great Premier of British Columbia. A man with a bold vision for our land that shaped the future of British Columbia for decades to follow. W.A.C. Bennett understood the importance of a big vision that unites people, rather than falling into the trap of being divided…
I feel seen.
IT asked that we remind you that bringing your own device to work is a huge security risk. Also, they are instituting a mandatory two-factor confirmation for every login, sent to your personal phone.
Something interesting for the class to discuss on the first day of Evidence Law.
Berry season is on. Wild strawberries may be small but are so tasty, always keep an eye out for bears they love berries more than we do.

The big cut that came in Harper years and a bit in Martin has now been reversed. Keep that in mind the next time someone says oh let’s hike the GST to pay for say defence spending.
The reason Canadians feel like they have less and less money to pay for their lives is because they have less and less money to pay for their lives.
The Peace Arch was built to mark 100 years of peace between our two countries.
Visited the Peace Arch Port of Entry, one of our busiest border crossings that's only going to get busier with the 2026 FIFA World Cup around the corner. Talked with Port Director Harmit Gill and his team about the challenges they’re tackling to keep our Northern border secure.
An excellent point. Billions and billions were spent, just not on good causes.
One of the Liberal Party's superpowers is its shamelessness. The Trudeau government increased program spending by 110% and the federal debt by 120% over the past decade. It doled out billions of deficit-financed dollars to multinational corporations and other undeserving…
The great news is that you will be able to check for yourself when the filings become public.
🚨 DEAR ELECTIONS CANADA 🚨 100+ people hijacked Pierre’s by-election Tomas Szuchewycz is listed as the official agent for nearly all of them. Under the Elections Act, he must: 1) Open separate bank accounts for every campaign 2) Keep records, filings, and transactions 100%…
I arrived a few days into the convoy occupation of Wellington. There was a lane for emergency vehicles. Food and entertainment. More fun than any Winterlude I’ve been at. The organic honey sale.
Look, I’m not trying to beat up on you here but I live in Ottawa. What you saw on the news and what you saw on the ground were 2 different things. Home daycares in the suburbs rode the O-train downtown for “field trips” to see it. Ottawa “mom groups” on Facebook were full of…
How is this possible? Doesn’t anyone read Dennis Lee any longer? The first thing I learned about King was his affinity for his mother!
75 years ago today, Prime Minister William Lyon Mackenzie King died. He is Canada's longest-serving PM (21 years) and many argue, our greatest. It is strange to think about how King gets so little recognition in our high school history classrooms and the public at large.
#cascadia
Had a great visit to @Microsoft HQ with VP Mary Snapp. Really impressed by their AI demos, especially wildfire response tech and other tools to help public agencies tackle cross-border challenges. Amazing to see how the private sector is innovating in the Cascadia region.
* since Covid.
This is going to be the biggest command-and-control, picking-winners, shove-the-money-out-the-door boondoggle in the history of the country.
@nspector4 One of the biggest government failures in Canada of my lifetime. Ottawa should have a monument to this disaster, with the names of those involved inscribed on the side to ring out in shame.

Books. Newsletters. Coast guard. Music. Wow.
Check out this video of my gig in Nashville last weekend. Sound on!
Hard to believe but Elections Canada doesn’t get to stop you or anyone else from running. If you check the Charter of Rights, it turns out every Canadian citizen has the right to run for election as an MP. You have the right and so do the 102 people on that ballot.
Elections Canada is now allowing 102 candidates to run in the Battle River Crowfoot bi-election. It has become yet another instrument of the Liberal govt. to corrupt elections and skew them in favour of the Liberal Party of Canada. Disband this disgusting *arms length institution
