Lockdown revealed something petty & ugly in the British character. A lot of people enjoyed being sedentary & unproductive; a lot of people enjoyed being told what to do; & a lot of people especially enjoyed their newfound power to spy & snitch on their neighbours.

What if, and hear me out, we utterly socially shun anyone caught surreptitiously recording people with glasses like these? What if we banned their stupid "candid" videos off instagram, kicked them off YouTube, and made it unthinkable to be an antisocial buffoon in polite society?

I'd go further and ban cameras on 'phones too.
