Hots&Cots made it to Congress! Last night, I had the incredible honor of traveling to DC for an event hosted by Better Homes 4 Heroes, where I spoke alongside members of the Quality of Life Panel. In my remarks (timed perfectly at 4:56!), I shared how Hots&Cots is improving…
Still hoping Col McClain and I can sync up for a Hots&Cots review before departing the ISS.
We do a lot of media events from space, and this is what it looks like behind the scenes: us alone, or with a crewmate, in a big module talking to a camera. There are normally no visuals with the interviewer, and we are giving answers to a camera while looking at a small screen…
Sources tell me a top White House aide is “pissed” at Hegseth. The White House says Trump "is extremely pleased" with his work. notus.org/defense/pete-h…
The recent reporting from @PattyNieberg on Fort Polk isn’t an outlier and this report from @kelsbbaker is part of a larger trend across installations. Mold, broken HVAC, failing locks—these are quality of life issues impacting readiness. We’re almost two years removed from the…
Lawmakers tried to lock down money meant to improve troops' lives so it can't go to immigration and border ops. It didn't work. trib.al/wMCprY3
Well deserved!
Yesterday, I was honored to be named Volunteer of the Quarter for the 82nd Airborne Division Artillery. The greatest gift I have been given at Fort Bragg is my Army family. I love every second of being a Senior Advisor. I can’t wait to keep supporting paratroopers & families.
Smith Gym on Henderson Hall is closed due to a power outage. We apologize for the inconvenience and will provide updates as they become available.
Hands across America for a lost pair of NODs during premob. We were told hand carry them and there’s always one guy who decides to pack them into duffel bag. Duffel bag got separated from him and someone eventually found them across post in another barracks. Tents were…
“Should’ve been off by 1700.” Locked Down Logan, 6 hours into motor pool captivity because someone misplaced their NODs. He’s now part of the inventory. Nobody leaves. Nobody smiles. And yes, the LT already “checked his truck.” Let’s hear those lockdown stories, I know you…
Huge congratulations to our very own @swiftillery for being named Division Volunteer of the Quarter by 82nd! To top it off, she was treated to an incredible catered lunch from the Culinary Arts Training Center. We’re beyond grateful she still finds time to support Hots&Cots!

Looking for one or two individuals that’d be interested in trying out the Hots&Cots assistant. Ideally you’re in or still strongly connected like a GS. DM and I’ll get you set up.
What a Saturday night looks like. Preview into a new feature I’m working on.
It’s Monday let’s start the week on a high note and see some 5 star DFAC reviews on Hots&Cots!

Update on this. Spoke with my contact at @18airbornecorps who will be walking the footprint but here’s the kicker. The Soldier decided to pay for a hotel out of pocket because it was so bad.
You’ve made it through Basic. You’ve completed AIT. You show up ready to report to your first unit & this is your first impression of your new home. This is the in-processing experience for some Soldiers. We’ve got to do better.
