There are only two true breakup songs, and they’re both Dylan: Don’t look twice, it’s alright (if dumping) Boots of Spanish leather (if dumped)
Fun fact: iPhones have LiDAR But tell me more about how it’s too expensive to expect it on robotaxis
I read a comment on Reddit that said “I will never get into a self-driving car that doesn’t have LiDAR.” These are the same type of people who said the iPhone will never work, or that EV’s will never go mainstream.
Feel like I’m in a curb episode
🚨BREAKING: Tesla set to launch .@robotaxi testing next in Palo Alto, California and Tempe, Arizona after Austin.
I’d honestly be raking if I just did this instead 😔
You can’t bet against TSLA the stock (duh) but you can go over to Kalshi and bet “No” on all the progress actually occurring and it’s free money
Amen
It's amusing when $TSLA bulls counter the criticism of some of Robotaxi's limitations with: "Isn't that exactly how Waymo started?" Yes, which is precisely the point that Tesla critics are making: Tesla is about 5 years behind Waymo.
When I see stuff like this, “board man gets paid” is always what comes to mind Figure out the game you’re playing and play it Don’t judge people for playing their game Is what it is
Phase 1: Raise from institutions Phase 2: Raise from family offices Phase 3: Mandatory participation via 401ks Scale requires captive audience.
Congrats to the proprietor of the @TeslaToMars420 podcast on receiving a robotaxi invite I wonder how many people are riding in their first Waymo today

This is not a hard one to think through
why are we expanding service area with 10-20 cars before removing the safety driver and before making it a real service for the general public with an ample fleet of 1000+ cars in a single city?
What’s more profitable: An $100k robotaxi doing 150 miles a day A $30k robotaxi doing 20 miles a day $TSLA bulls about to learn what it means to operate a marketplace business
It’s not the “most profound technological innovation in decades” lol It’s just a cheaper waymo Waymo is also marching down a cost curve People slaving away trying to give musk credit for things he didn’t invent (i.e. robotaxis)
Basically, CA and every other state: “Yeah let’s not do the whole kabuki theater thing where you’re acting like a driver isn’t required” Whole thing’s a joke
$TSLA plans to roll out supervised robotaxi in San Francisco this weekend. businessinsider.com/tesla-robotaxi…
Correct Musk’s big mistake was actually “launching” robotaxis Now the clock has started and the mirage slowly unwinds
A $TSLA robotaxi launch in San Francisco is highly irrelevant, considering it will come with a safety driver. The signal in that is exactly zero (the same as countless customers in San Francisco driving around supervising their Teslas under FSD). Seemingly, this is being done to…
This guy to chatgpt: “help me defend a struggling technology while sounding like a precocious 8th grader Make sure it’s a run on sentence”
Tesla's decision to place a safety monitor in the driver's seat of its robotaxis can be interpreted as a strategic move to meet realistic regulatory and safety requirements, while simultaneously advancing its technology and gaining an early market advantage through rapid…
Got it. So they are using FSD to pick up passengers and drive them around It does make sense I wonder how long until they have actual robotaxis
