trick for keeping your team engaged for repetitive weekly updates: upload your strategy doc to claude, and ask claude to map your goals/features to well-known characters like pokemon, harry potter, star wars, etc. if your coworkers are cool you can even try drag queens 😆

There needs to be a name for when people start wearing continuous glucose monitors and it adds +5 points to neuroticism. I've seen so many people start freaking out about their blood sugar after they put on CGMs, but there's just no point. My proposal is "CGM Neurosis".

this is another feature that fell victim to "optimize for stage demo" mentality. low latency was impressive on stage, but in day-to-day use it's extremely annoying and makes it unusable (as evidenced by all the replies to this).

a super high value application of LLM for me would be in my kindle. i pick up a book and usually feel "wait what was the last chapter about" - a summary would be so helpful.
