Stuff like this is why I will never care about the incident in the final
"I thought it was the right decision." Dermot Gallagher and Ref Watch agree that referee Darren Bond made the right decision on Micky van de Ven's foul against Ismaila Sarr 🟨
Spot on from @dsmitheconomics (as ever) … Mildly disappointing — but don’t think of calling it stagflation thetimes.com/article/78a05c…

Let’s put this ‘THEY missed the deadline’ nonsense to bed. Let’s say Me, Josh, David and everyone other than Eagle football had placed our shares in a ‘blind trust’ before March 1st. Three random people would have had control of the club since then but by UEFA’s…

Steve Parish is right. UEFA demotion of Crystal Palace is terrible. Palace were never in multi-club ownership, Textor is selling and their only 'crime' is not using technicalities to game the system like others do. Punish the small, let the big do whatever - football's way.
An absolute joke. Reminder that in 2017, RB Salzburg and RB Leipzig shared the same Europa League group, and continued playing in many of the same European competitions in later years.
Breaking: UEFA confirm Crystal Palace won’t be playing in the Europa League next season. Palace to play in the Conference League.
So Man City can break 115 rules, and continue as normal. Yet Palace get kicked out of the Europa League? This sport is becoming so grim…
🚨BREAKING Crystal Palace have been 'demoted' to the Europa Conference League. More @mailsport shortly.
UEFA allowed Manchester City and Girona to play in the same competition. They allowed Salzburg and Leipzig to play in the same competition. And yet, even with John Textor out of OL, they won’t allow Lyon and Palace to compete together in the same competition. Make it make sense.
🗣️ "We're devastated, it's a terrible injustice for the club" Crystal Palace chairman Steve Parish on UEFA's decision to demote the club from the Europa League to the Conference League 🔴🔵
So Marinakis financially rescues Lyon by buying Lyon/Botafogo players, so that Lyon win their appeal and compete in Europa, meaning Forest replace us in Europa. Excellent excellent nothing dodgy going on here
Starting to lose faith in football Crystal Palace have had one of the best seasons in their history, but due to corporate bullshit the club and fans get punished Meanwhile, teams like Man City break the rules repeatedly and face zero consequences Awful
🚨 OFFICIAL: UEFA announce Crystal Palace won’t be playing in the Europa League next season. Palace to play in the Conference League per UEFA rules.
What I need explaining to me is why Red Bull Salzburg and RB Leipzig can play in the same competition. Manchester City and Girona can play in the same competition. But Crystal Palace and Lyon cannot.
This. Just this ... ⬇️
Marinakis had put his Forest shares in trust at this point … what’s he doing on the pitch? Just asking. 😂😂😂

Palace getting kicked out of the Europa League is absolutely nothing short of a complete disgrace. Textor had no involvement in running the club, and has now sold his stake in both Lyon and Palace in any case. Make it make sense. It's beyond belief. #CPFC
Football is dying before our very eyes 😢 @UEFA you should be ashamed 😡
