If there were no migrants in hotels crime would naturally reduce. Deliberately obfuscating the connection.
Essex Police say the cost of policing protests over the last week at a hotel in Epping thought to be housing asylum seekers has gone above £100,000, "money we would much rather spend on continuing to cut crime across Essex and keeping our neighbourhoods safe."
Be glad it’s not your wife, mother, sister, or daughter who has been assaulted. Facilitating this is the real evil.
Pure evil
Yes currency issuing countries have no constraints bar inflation. That’s why Argentina, Zimbabwe, Russia, Sri Lanka, Venezuela, and dozens of other currency-issuing countries have never defaulted on their financial obligations. I have a wheelbarrow to sell you.
I like you @garyseconomics but you are reinforcing the myth that we're reliant on wealthy elites to pay taxes so we can afford to pay for public services and improved infrastructure etc. But that simply isn't true. So, here are some basic facts. The govt issues the currency so…
This is a real left wing bingo. Cable Street mythology, comparing concerned locals to Mosley’s blackshirts, and accusing their enemies of divisive politics. I think spending two aircraft carriers’ worth of money to secretly import unvetted Afghans is a bit divisive personally!
Statement from the Tower Hamlets Labour Group:

Is she willing to be held personally liable for the crimes the refugees commit? I suspect not. Because crime is just a regrettable byproduct of this and happens to other people. The litany of horrors inflicted on people by this policy do not factor at all in their calculus.
In Poplar and Limehouse, we are clear: refugees are welcome here. In the face of relentless demonisation and targeting, we continue to stand with migrants for their rights to safety and dignity. It’s the far-right and their hateful ideology that are not welcome here.
In the migrants' own words - the UK Government spent £7 billion to create an "official smuggling route" into Britain from Afghanistan.
A day that will live in infamy. Britain since then has had transformations wrought upon it that you’d expect from a country defeated in a major war. It is up to us to heal it from his terrible legacy.

Boosting for R Steven and having a go myself. Give me any historical conflict/dispute and I’ll tell you which side I would have supported at the time.
Engagement Bait; Give me any historical conflict/dispute and I'll tell you which side I would have supported (regardless of who won). I mean anything btw - Charioteer factions, bullionists v bimetallists, preparationists v neutralists - anything.
Fraser you’re going to give me maximum mileage out of this meme. The survey is wrong.
That crimewave in full...
