"So your God died?" Yes.
Periodic reminder that this is the level of comprehension of an average Christian 🧠. What else would you expect from these people anyway smh
MFW I even think about one of my daughters growing up to marry a Dispy.
If my daughters marry a Dispy I might die.
There was an effort in the late 1800s to water down Presbyterianism (which critics called "broad churchism"). As the mainline Presbyterian churches became liberal in the 1900s, they even considered Pan-Protestant mergers. This ecumenical spirit exists today in the PCA, as…
Leading public worship (the reading and preaching of the word and prayer) carries spiritual authority. Consequently, this responsibility should ordinarily rest with the elders of the church, with exceptions made for licentiates and interns. Regrettably, many churches in the PCA…
I’m the pastor/planter of a PCA mission church. I had this crazy notion to just minister the ordinary means of grace to God’s people, pray with God’s people, make opportunities for God’s people to not be alone, & proclaim the gospel to the lost. God has blessed it tremendously.
Yeah I’m not cool with any of this. Reformed worship should not: have laity leading (especially not women), sound/look like a concert, or be singing songs made by those with awful theology like Passion/Hillsong/Elevation etc. This is indiscernible from big eva non-denom worship
Reformed worship at Spanish River PCA
There’s an almost never ending list of good reasons to sing the Psalms. Heres some of them:
Singing the Psalms is dangerous. If left unchecked, you start to believe God will rise and scatter His enemies, uproot the wicked, and bless and prosper the righteous.

Children, no less than adults, need the ordinary means of grace. Children, no less than adults, belong in public worship.
I am rapidly coming to the conclusion that "children's church" (in which the kids are separated from corporate worship) is one of those cancerous idols of the prior generations that needs to be put down for good.
"Christian Nationalism" is a straw man. Or a boogeyman.
If you can’t say “amen”…
As a first born child, this represents my completely unbiased findings as well.
First born children have higher IQ than their siblings.
“Another effectual mean and method for advancing and promoting regularity and order in lives and conversations, is the civil magistrates concurrence with the ministers, and executing duly, and impartially, penal laws against scandalous offenders, and visible immorality.”…
The fact that you can walk into PCA churches and find a variety of different styles of worship and practices is very unfortunate. It not only undermines the RPW, but also makes it difficult for PCA members to transfer to other churches within the same denomination.
This isn’t propaganda. It can be reality & is for my family. My wife & I got married at 20 & now at 30 she is a full-time SAHM & pregnant with our 5th child. I’m the sole source of income & make middle class money. We both grew up lower middle class. Our only debt is our mortgage
No. These people have $400 million dollars and a staff of hired help. This is not reality, it’s curated propaganda.
