If you still use gassers and 110s for conditioning it’s bc your standards in practice aren’t strong enough or you have no clue how to structure practice so you use it to fill time

Me: “hey this is Coach D, just wanted to check on (name) and see if he will be attending practice this week. We haven’t seen him so I was just checking in to see if there’s anything we can do to help and if he was ok.” Parent: is this (insert school)? Me: No, this is RJR 🙃🙃

If you’re in the business of taking care of others, prioritize taking care of yourself. Making self-care an essential strategy puts you in the best position to lead effectively. Can’t fill the other cups if yours is empty! 💭

Got a jump start on these this summer. Must be teaching as much situational ball as you can!

I wish I had taken more pictures. We had a great time at camp this week. I felt our team grew closer together. We got better on and off the field and we mapped out what we want out of ourselves this season. Look forward to getting back after it after the break! #EARNIT🔱🔱

I would argue the adults are worse Kids are kids and don’t know any better. Only know what they are taught. That’s why football coaches and programs who focus on building the whole player are important.

Spend hours on a weekly newsletter to give all pertinent information out to anyone who needs. Send it out to multiple social media pages on multiple platforms as well as group chats. Still receive 100 questions as if I don’t communicate at all Football season is here 😂
