How? Stalked is the worst podcast I've listened to. Stopped half way through. I'm sure if you check the numbers you'll find an abrupt drop in listeners maybe even before the half way mark.
Earlier this year, I lost my beloved job at my beloved Observer when the Guardian, in its great wisdom, gave the newspaper away to a podcast company...who promptly sacked me. So, forgive my delight today, in being nominated for FIVE awards in the British Podcast Awards!! 1/

Statement from some of the Bereaved and Harmed Families in Leeds on the resignation of LTHT CEO. Chair of LTHT board has praised the CEO for his “outstanding leadership”; This is an insult to every wrongly bereaved/harmed family during his tenure as CMO and CEO. @wesstreeting

Well, well, well, what do we have here? A CEO of an evolving maternity scandal ridden trust has apparently and ever so coincidentally been “considering retirement”. 🤔🤥 Leeds THT CEO Phil Wood suddenly announces retirement. “Jump Ship” seems to spring to mind…@wesstreeting

Thank you @Channel4News for having me back. Talking about health inequalities and baby loss makes people uncomfortable but that silence is why it keeps happening. We need a full, judge-led statutory inquiry. Nothing less will do. For Grace. For every family failed 🤍

I would argue a study is venepuncture is very different application to invasive internal instrumentation. Also looking at similar studies regarding venepuncture in the presence of topic anaesthesia cream EMLA - the apparent benefit seems to be no better than simple distraction
When you click the link to smileyscope website the claim “clinically proven” Link to 2 studies first is venepunture in kids vs standard of care = Some benefit. The second a meta analysis that says MAY play a role but studies are to heterogeneous to make conclusions
I’ve really tried to dig into this secret field of “biomechanics”, I’ve not yet been pointed to an actual source, knowledge/research base or authority. I’ll keep looking I guess 🤷♂️
