Hilarious debate. It isn't even close. Justin Herbert is a GREAT QB. He's one of the 5 best in the NFL. Led bad teams to playoffs. Jalen Hurts struggles to avoid sabotaging the best roster in the NFL, including mostly awful playoff performances.
