Ive been involved in reviewing and feedback on these units and I can firmly say this is amazing! It’s granular, actionable and easy to follow. I was able to take what I’d learned the night before and apply when teaching lessons the day after!

Suspensions and exclusions are a symptom of dealing with poor behaviour. Efforts to reduce this proxy figure must focus on improving behaviour rather than the all-too-common focus on preventing schools from effectively managing poor behaviour.

Our Year 13 Ball. We forgot to say that phones should only take photos and not ‘take you out of the room’ but we didn’t need to say it. Just as the excitement below was simply enjoyable. Do your job right, and they become lovely young adults.
