I really love the City of Philadelphia Storefront Improvement Program. It’s truly a model. I’ve lost count of how many SIP projects I have done (probably in the 40’s) but I’m glad to be doing one again.

Better public transit access provides higher property values, and more incentive to build much-needed housing. That should be a wake-up call on the need to fund SEPTA. thephiladelphiacitizen.org/septa-property…

I’m a big fan of the new Indego Stations. Real time transit info and a business directory! This stop is great and a Gateway to the business district.
