Current progress on 2025 lifting goals: ⏳ Deadlift 5x175 / 180 kg ✅ Squat 5x152.5 / 140 kg ⏳ Bench 5x105 / 110 kg ✅ OHP 5x77 / 75 kg Until this point I’ve been eating mostly low-carb, but my body says it’s time for rice & pasta if we’re gonna keep upping the weights 😅
