I am so excited to be your next Ward 12 city council member for the city of Minneapolis and represent you. I could not be more grateful for the big, broad, inclusive coalition we built over the past year. 1/2

Reporting live from the DFL Convention- me, my friend @voteconley, @emilykoskimpls are in for a NEW MAYOR! And we want to see an endorsement for one today! @OmarFatehMN, @DeWayneForMPLS, & @jazzformayor are amazing candidates for Mayor who are stepping up.

Join me in supporting Ward 12’s,The Black Radish— they are a local urban farm transforming front yards into flourishing gardens to address food insecurity by donating fresh food throughout the city. Donate to them to secure land for future farming: bit.ly/44eFBic

I’m disappointed our current administration hasn’t corrected the decision to let the officer who killed Amir Locke train others on use of force. If we truly have the most diverse and staffed force in years, surely we can find someone better. MPLS needs accountability to rebuild.
There were 800 delegate slots for the convention so this undeniably shows there was a quorum. This vote also took place after we raised our badges for Mayor so there were easily over 500 delegates on the floor when Fateh was endorsed. The question of quorum can be put to bed now.
Results for @MinneapolisDFL endorsement of candidates for Park Board At-Large. Congratulations to our endorsed candidates!
Congratulations to @OmarFatehMN on earning the DFL endorsement for Minneapolis Mayor! I look forward to continuing this journey and engaging in a positive, spirited race. See ya on the ballot in November!
The energy and the turnout last night was ELECTRIC. Minneapolis residents are ready for a new mayor who fights with and centers everyday working people. Thank you to all of our Ward 12 neighbors for joining Omar, DeWayne, Jazz and me.
ranked choice voting question from aurin chowdhury, asks each candidate say what they admire in each other and why the other 2 should be on our ballots too, starting with dewayne davis
