Labour came into government with no ideas.

When will @danielzeichner announce the new SFI scheme? Last month he said “We’re planning to make the announcement in the next few weeks” Parliament starts recess next week, so where’s the announcement? Or is the Govt planning to slip it out when there’s no time for scrutiny?

Given that Part 3 of the Planning & Infrastructure Bill is a complete mess, Labour ministers could do with this training before they try and rush through anymore chaotic legislation.
