A productive conversation today at the Moncloa with Secretary of State for Economic Affairs, Manuel de la Rocha - the PM’s senior economic advisor. We discussed Spain’s economic outlook and exchanged views on how to leverage the private sector to boost competitiveness.

We are in Madrid for meetings across government ministries, agencies, and our friends at the U.S. Embassy Madrid, promoting stronger bilateral commercial ties and advocating for a renewed emphasis on competitiveness in Spain and across Europe.
