Over 500,000 people in #Sudan including many displaced by war will gain access to clean, safe water close to home. Supported by @KuwaitFund, this intervention means fewer health risks, less burden on families, and vital relief in places where basic services have collapsed.

In the shadow of war and displacement, a cultural event in #PortSudan united communities across tribal lines through performances that created space for healing, dialogue and unity. With @UNPeacebuilding, @UNDP is investing in the social ties that hold Sudan’s future together.

Despite war, economic disruption and displacement, HIV and TB services have not stopped in Sudan. With support from @UNDP_Sudan, the @GlobalFund and @FMOH_SUDAN, over 24,000 people across Sudan continue to receive treatment and 67,000 have been tested. go.undp.org/wkh
