I don't expect the crisis to be long-term. This is a hallmark of Azerbaijani foreign policy: regular tactical disputes not only with Russia but the EU, U.S., Iran. Then soon things get papered over. Baku is good at this balancing act, uses it to gain a lot of room for maneuver.
