With the departure of Nicolas Aubé-Kubel, the Rangers had no skaters in the system with Stanley Cup rings, so this at least checks that box for now.
Rangers have signed Conor Sheary to a PTO. He was on Mike Sullivan’s Cup-winning teams in Pittsburgh. He’ll be a depth forward option if he makes the team.
