The 5 former World Junior Players who were acquitted in London today are not technically suspended by the NHL. But at this point, they are not eligible to play in the NHL. The Commissioner will have a say on their futures.

#NYR Brett Berard said he tore his labrum in his shoulder during the season, which lingered and forced him to pull out of Worlds this offseason. Surgery wasn’t needed, he’ll be ready for training camp.
