Scottish follwers. The government up here thinks that if a mother wants to feel able to take her small boy somewhere with her, a loo or a DV shelter, say, this is the start of an argument for letting some men in women's spaces. It's too sleekit to say it out loud, though.
A consultant previously overheard a nurse saying she 'did not believe it was possible to change sex' and felt that a dispute with a transgender doctor 'could be considered to be a hate crime', an employment tribunal has heard. news.stv.tv/scotland/trans…

NHS Fife KC didn’t have an issue with what his report said, just the punctuation he used. This can’t be serious.
JR - the !!'s not once but twice, inappropriate from expert independent. JB - I thought fair comment, that's why they are there JR - not saying what you said, the puncutation!! a level of zeal unusual for skilled witness in a court of law. JB - maybe should have been a .
The witness eventually conceded under this questioning and said perhaps he should have used a full stop OMG!

Spent the morning trawling through forensic IT reports from the Sandie Peggie v NHS Fife employment tribunal. Revealing exclusive details around Dr Upton's notes relating to the Christmas Eve incident and patient safety concerns. @heraldscotland 👇🏻 heraldscotland.com/news/25341258.…
“Behaviour based on a PC could be a Hate Crime. And DU has a PC” There is a serious lack of training going on at NHS Fife, and elsewhere about what a Hate Crime is. First and foremost, an ACTUAL crime has to be committed. Why don’t they know this?
a PC cld be a HC. And DU has a PC. JR Why do u think u were informed of the incident by KS? MC As I'm an ED consultant. I'm one of the older consultants and ppl think I've experienced things others havent. Plus I'm dep clinical lead
Are you an NHS staff member who has been required to use mixed-sex changing rooms or facilities, or do you know of colleagues who have had this experience?
