I found a little beetle, so that Beetle was his name, And I called him Alexander and he answered just the same. I put him in a match-box, and I kept him all the day… And Nanny let my beetle out - And Beetle ran away. ~A.A.Milne

Memories of meeting Chris Pointon many years ago when he joined us to share Dr Kate Granger's story. #hellomynameis has been an always event for me since it began. It is the start of everything for a patient and where personalised care begins. Verbal+visual identification is key

Did you know that today is international #hellomynameis day? Honoured to have Chris Pointon join us to share Dr Kate Granger’s story and remind us of the importance of patient centred care and compassionate communications in health care. #PatientExperience

Piglet explained to Tigger that he mustn’t mind what Eeyore said because he was ALWAYS gloomy; and Eeyore explained to Piglet that, on the contrary, he was feeling particularly cheerful this morning; and Tigger explained to anybody that he hadn’t had any breakfast yet. ~A.A.Milne
