Residents are devastated this morning after yesterday’s announcement from the Secretary of State who has forced through the huge industrial sized solar farm here in Howdenshire. A site the equivalent size of the City of Durham or 1800 full size football pitches.

100%! Frustrating as it was last night to come away with nothing especially after how we played in the first 40 mins is gut wrenching. However each game is a learning curve for the team & coaches, we have never been in such a good position on & off the field in my lifetime 🔴⚪️🔵

Agreed. Once again, some are willing to sacrifice the game in order to chase an imaginary pot of gold. The most galling thing is that it's the same big 4 clubs, who have controlled the sport who are seemingly wanting yet another change.

Perplexed as to why a section of RL fans want to eradicate 125+years of history & replace it with a European Disney League. Why not invest & improve what we have creating pathways for such expansion clubs instead of scrap everything to bring clubs with no fans/foundation 🤷🏼‍♂️
