Yesterday, I, along with Councillor Victoria Aitken and @grahamstuart met with @CMcKinnellMP to discuss special educational needs funding in the East Riding. We made the point that the East Riding has a sizeable shortfall in such funding.

Exciting morning for young artist Rory, his family and Mr D as we all attended the prize giving ceremony for the Ferens Young Artist Open competition. So much young talent was in the room including a few familiar faces.
Rory received his award of an art materials voucher together with his certificate of achievement, having won 3rd place in the six years and under category. Well done Rory, keep the creativity going 🎨😁👍
